    Creative Age Press: 1948. First edition. Octavo. Hardcover with a dust jacket. Brick colored boards with a small bump to the top edge of the back board near the crown of the spine. The foot of the spine is very lightly bumped, and there is ever so slight rubbing to the bottom edges of the boards. There is a number written in pencil on the inside of the front board. Price clipped jacket is creased along the middle of the spine with a mark from an old sticker near the foot of the spine. Small chip missing from the bottom edge of the front cover, moderate soiling to the back cover with a closed tear to the top edge of the back cover. Book is near fine, and jacket is on the lower end of very good.
